COMMON QUESTIONS.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in my production calendar. The remaining balance is due upon final approval of the pencil sketches or logo concepts, before final digital delivery.
File formats?
Logo designs are delivered in high-resolution JPEG, PNG, TIF, PDF, and raw vector EPS files.
Outside Rochester?
Absolutely. While the physical studio is based in Rochester, NY, I serve clients nationwide and internationally. We maintain clear communication via video calls and collaborative platform updates.
How many revisions?
Most packages include two complete rounds of revisions. Extra rounds can be added if needed, but my formal process is designed to hit the mark early by focusing on deep research and sketch-level approvals.
Is book on Amazon?
Yes, Noel's books are available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble Online, Authorhouse, and Amazon KDP.
