When designing a logo for a client. The first phase is having a brief meeting with the client. I present a contract to the client and have them answer questions from the logo design brief to better help me design their logo. Once the client makes a 50% down deposit for me to start the project. Children's book illustration process
When it comes to illustrating a children's book. I first present a contract to the client and secure a 50% down deposit to get the project started. My first process is to complete character designs for the clients approval. Then I work on the storyboards and rough pencil sketches. Once those are approved by the client. I move on to creating inked illustrations. Once the inked illustrations are also approved by the client. I scan the inked illustrations into Adobe Photoshop cc
